Our mission is to promote a growth mindset and a school culture that embraces challenges as opportunities.

Purpose:

Our purpose is to create a culture that fosters hope and inspiration so that students are not defined by their past behaviors.

Data Driven Decisions:

To ensure all students achieve or exceed mastery of standards, WPEA will implement a reteach and reassessment cycle for students scoring below 70%, offering alternative opportunities to demonstrate mastery and outline clear next steps for improvement.

High Impact Instruction:

• WPEA will boost student achievement and engagement by implementing differentiated instruction alongside the Apex and Edmentum digital curricula. This approach will help summarize and reinforce concepts students have just learned, enabling them to connect these ideas with real-world applications.

Collaborative Culture:

• WPEA will foster life readiness by using a common language of Hope and Inspiration to reshape students' perceptions of their high school diploma and its potential. Additionally, we will enhance opportunities for parents and stakeholders to give feedback, strengthening our shared commitment to each child's success.
